Defence Dynamics operate a manned 24 hour / 7 day a week Control Room.
We are in constant contact with our clients and security guards enabling us to respond to any situation that may arise. We can deploy security guards or additional support for sites who require extra or urgent cover.
All sites are geofenced allowing us to monitor the sites security. Once emergencies or major incidents are reported to the Centre, operation staff will be notified and directed to follow up on scene.
All relevant security WhatsApp groups are monitored 24/7 for live incidents, suspicious vehicles, accidents, fires and other crime related matters.
This information is then passed on to the relevant persons on site.
The Health & Safety of our guards is a priority.
The Control Room provides lone working monitoring surveillance and regular checks. In the case of a non-response the Control Room can deploy a response officer to investigate.
Our Control Room also manages our Mobile Patrol services and have the ability to GPS check all our vehicles to ensure a timely and efficient response to any alarm activation that may occur.
